RICE BOWL WITH MUSHROOMS AND HALLOUMI

I love a good rice bowl! They are so easy and I love asian food, plus they are super versatile, you can literally mix and match anything. I think broccoli, halloumi and mushrooms are a great combination and go really well with a little bit of soy sauce. Plus I just think microwavable rice is a great student hack!

RICE BOWL:

Ingredients: 2 servings

1 pack of Halloumi

half a Broccoli

Mushrooms

2 eggs

1 packet microwave grains

Soy sauce

  1. Chop the broccoli, halloumi and the mushrooms
  2. Put the eggs on boil for 7 mins total
  3. Start frying the mushrooms in oil
  4. Add the broccoli to the egg pan to boil
  5. Start the grain in the microwave for 2 mins
  6. Put the grain in the bowl and the fried mushrooms
  7. Start frying the halloumi in the same pan as the mushrooms
  8. Drain the eggs and the broccoli
  9. Peel the eggs and put all in the bowl and garnish with soy sauce
